Normally i'd be hyped for a good jrpg releasing, but for some reason i just can not get into this game.
I will just comment on the last part of what you said, "Sony is just lucky GT is so huge" how is sony "lucky"? the GT franchises success has nothing to do with luck, it's all to do with quality which gran turismo bleeds.

Why would sony pay ubisoft to get splintercell? it's not a huge franchise like GTA, FF and MGS.
The game sold 2.4 mil in europe, europe pays more for games then america so the $40 average game price is a good price to judge the overall profits on.

while i won't dismiss it, i think it's more then likely fake, "The outback" is just the stupidest name for a game and if it's about the outback of australia it will flop, also the way the whole live blog was handled seems completely amateurish which makes it even harder to believe.

I think the main problem is that you say that Alan wake is better even though this topic has nothing to do with alan wake not to mention the two games are completely different and niether is out yet, go troll in the open zone.
I hope this is not the box art, it's nowhere near as good as the japanese boxart, but i guess it's not that big a deal since i will be buying it even if it was covered in sh1t.

@Guido: feel free to defend MW2 where you see fit, but in no way can you claim that Bad company 2 will die out within a year, it's an AAA game and unlike MW2 it will earn it's high scores when it's released, i played the beta and it was incredible, i for one will be buying it day 1.
since it's done already, how about you add in some of that cut content?
